产品描述：BI 224436BI 224436 is a novel HIV-1 non-catalytic-site integrase inhibitor; has antiviral EC50s of 90 μM._x000D_ IC50 value: < 15 nM(EC50, HIV-1) [1] [2]_x000D_ Target: HIV integrase inhibitor_x000D_ in vitro: BI 224436 also has a low, ～2.1-fold decrease in antiviral potency in the presence of 50% human serum and, by virtue of a steep dose-response curve slope, exhibits serum-shifted EC95 values ranging between 22 and 75 nM. BI 224436 also retains full antiviral activity against recombinant viruses encoding INSTI resistance substitutions N155S, Q148H, and E92Q [1]. _x000D_ in vivo: The clearance of BI 224436 was very low in the mouse (0.7 ml/min/kg) and rat (0.5 ml/min/kg), low in the dog (2.5 ml/min/kg), and appreciably higher in the monkey (11 ml/min/kg). The volume of distribution was low and somewhat variable across the species tested (0.2 to 0.88 liters/kg).
