　　五、性能：无色细长棱形或立方晶体或白色粗粉。无臭，味咸。

　　六、用途：在食品工业中作营养补充剂、胶凝剂、代盐剂、酵母食料;与食用盐一样可用于农产品、水产品、畜产品、发酵品、调味品、罐头、方便食品的调味剂。也用于强化钾(供人体电解质)配制运动员饮料等;可强化凝胶作用。

　　七、包装：内衬聚乙烯塑料袋，外套复合塑料编织袋包装，每袋净重25千克。

　　八、贮存与运输：本品应贮存在干燥通风清洁的库房中，装载运输时要轻装轻放，防止包装破损，防止受潮、受热，运输过程中防止雨淋受潮，应与有毒物品隔离。

　　7、Packing: It is packed with polyethylene bag as inner layer, and a compound plastic woven bag as the outer layer. The net weight of each bag is 25kg.
