　　五、性能：白色粉末，无臭，稍有吸湿性，极难溶于水，几乎不溶于乙醇，结晶水加热至100℃渐失去水分，120℃时完全失水。

　　六、用途：在食品工业中作螯合剂、缓冲剂、组织凝固剂。

　　七、包装：内衬聚乙烯塑料袋，外套复合塑料编织袋包装，每袋净重25千克。

　　八、贮存与运输：本品应贮存在干燥通风清洁的库房中，装载运输时要轻装轻放，防止包装破损，防止受潮、受热，运输过程中防止雨淋受潮，应与有毒物品隔离。

　　water (0.095g/100ml 25),almost insoluble in ethanol. It may start to lose crystal water when heated to 100. The crystal will lose water completely when heated to 120

　　6. Usage: In food industry, it is used as chelae agent, buffer, coagulant, calcareous intensified agent. According to GB1980-94,it can be used in soy products.

　　7. Packing: It is packed with polyethylene bag as inner layer, and a compound plastic woven bag as the outer layer, the net weight of each bag is 25kg.

　　8. Storage and Transport:It should be stored in a dry and ventilating warehouse, be cautious to keep away from moisture and hot, unloaded with care so as to avoid the damage. Furthermore, it should be stored separately from poisonous substances.
