用途：缓解类风湿关节炎、骨关节炎。脊柱关节病、痛风性关节炎、风湿性关节炎等各种慢性关节炎的急性发作期或持续性的关节肿痛症状，口服吸收快，完全与食物同服降低吸收率。血药浓度空腹服药平均1～2小时达峰值，与食物同服时6小时达峰值，血浆浓度降低。药物半衰期约2小时。血浆蛋白结合率为99%。在乳汁中药浓度极低而可忽略，在关节滑液中，服药4小时，其水平高于当时血清水平并可维持12小时。大约50%在肝脏代谢，40%～65%从肾排出，35%从胆汁，粪便排出1.2～2小时排泄完。长期应用无蓄积作用。
双氯芬酸钠用量用法
口服
成人类风湿性关节炎150mg～200mg/日，分2次～4次服，达疗效后逐渐减至最小有效量，通常为75mg～100mg/日，分3次服用；
骨关节炎开始100mg～150mg/日，分2次～3次服，达疗效后逐渐减至最小有效量；
强直性脊椎炎开始100mg～125mg/日，分4次～5次服，达疗效后逐渐减至最小有效量；
儿童（1岁以上）每日按体重0.5mg～2mg/kg，分2次～3次服。
