酸性成纤维细胞生长因子（aFGF）:具有针对真皮层（皮肤中层）
1、改善细胞生成环境，促进胶原细胞、角质细胞、成纤维细胞增殖的作用；
2、能促进皮下微血管的新生、改善皮肤的血液循环，促使细胞代谢活跃并且有效清除造成代谢障碍的细胞，从而使细胞中各种有害的代谢产物不容易积累形成色斑，明显改善肤色。
3、促进中胚层和神经外胚层来源的细胞生长，有效恢复皮下结缔组织的生长，使新生表皮细胞取代衰老的角质细胞，从而消除皮肤深层皱纹；
4、促进成纤维母细胞分泌胞外基质、胶原蛋白，弹性纤维细胞分泌弹性蛋白，从而使表皮层与真皮层、真皮层与皮下组织之间结合组织中的网状层和胶原纤维增殖，恢复肌肤原有的紧致和平滑，可以有效避免因皮肤松弛而出现皱纹。
