产品特性:
杀线虫剂棉隆熏蒸性硫代异硫氰酸甲酯类杀线虫剂，并兼治真菌、地下害虫和杂草；又名必速灭。常温条件下贮存稳定，遇湿则分解。对鱼毒性中等，对蜜蜂无毒害。用途:制剂有98~100%微粒剂和75%可湿性粉剂。可用于苗床、温室、育种室、盆载植物基质和大田等土壤处理。在土壤中分解出有毒的异硫氰酸甲酯、甲醛和硫化氰等；这些分解物能有效地防治为害花生Chemicalbook、蔬菜、烟草、茶、果树、林木等作物的多种线虫和土传病害。每公顷用有效成分60~75千克，撒施或沟施可防治短体虱、矮化虱、纽带属、剑属、根结属、胞囊属、茎属、等红虫。对土壤昆虫、真菌和杂草也有防治效果。药剂施入土壤后，受土壤湿度、温度和土壤结构影响较大；为保证药效，土壤温度应保持在6℃以上，土壤含水量保持在40%以上。棉隆对鱼有毒，水田应慎用。
化学性质：
纯品为白色针状结晶，无气味，m.p.99.5℃（分解）（104～105℃）。蒸气压400×10-6Pa。易溶于丙酮、氯仿；稍溶于乙醇、苯；难溶于醚、四氯化碳；25℃时在水中溶解度为0.12%，温水中溶解度稍有提高。水溶液中易分解，温度在45℃以上分解加快，影响药剂效果；遇强酸、强碱易分解。
用途：
1.广谱性农药。具有熏蒸作用的杀线虫剂，在土壤中分解出异硫氰酸甲酯、甲醛和硫化氢，对根瘤线虫、茎线虫、异皮线虫有杀灭作用。此外还有杀虫、杀菌和除草作用，因此能兼治土壤真菌、地下害虫和藜属杂草，如马铃薯丝核菌、土杠磷翅目昆虫Chemicalbook、叩头虫、五月金龟甲的幼虫等。用98%微粒剂750～900g/100m2砂土、900～1050g/100m2黏土做土壤处理，撒施或沟施，可防治蔬菜、花生线虫病。用75%可湿性粉剂1125g/100m2，可防治马铃薯根线虫病。
2.土壤熏蒸剂，硫代异硫氰酸甲酯类杀线虫剂，并兼治真菌、地下害虫和杂草，又名必速灭。该品在土壤中分解生成甲胺基甲基二硫代氨基甲酸酯，并进一步生成异硫氰酸甲酯。能有效地防治线虫和土壤真菌，如猝倒病菌、丝核病菌、镰刀菌等，还能抑制许多杂草生长。棉隆对棉花黄枯萎病有较好的防治效果。
