　　五、性能：无色透明玻璃片状或流沙状结晶粉末、易吸潮。

　　六、用途：用作品质改良剂;PH调解剂，金属离子螯合剂;粘结剂和膨胀剂。在豆类、果蔬罐头、豆沙馅料中能稳定天然色素，保护食品色泽;在肉类罐头中可使脂肪乳化，保持质地均匀;用于肉类罐头和肉制品可提高持水性，能防止脂肪变质。加入啤酒中，能澄清酒液，防止混浊。是优良的水质无沉淀的软水剂。

　　七、包装：内衬聚乙烯塑料袋，外套塑料编织袋，每袋25Kg。

　　八、贮存与运输：应贮在干燥、通风清洁的库房中。

　　5.Character: It is colorless transparent flake like foliated glass or float sand crystalline powder, with good hygroscopicity.

　　6.Usage: It is used as modifying agent of quality, regulator of PH value, chelating agent, binder and swelling agent in food industry. It could be used to stabilize the natural pigment in beans, fruit vegetables cans and sweetened bean paste to protect the food's color. It is also used as emulsifier in canned meat and as water softener.

　　7.Packing: It is packed with polythene bag as the inner layer, and a compound plastic woven bag as the outer layer. The net weight of each bag is 25kg.

　　8.Storage and Transport: It should be stored in a dry and ventilative warehouse.
