1. 溶解方法
使用前先将固体颗粒溶解成1‰---5‰(1g-5g 聚丙烯酰胺溶解1000g的水里面)浓度的水溶液,以便迅速发挥效力.
在加药时,应采取渐次性家药方式,慢慢的投如水中,便之均匀的在水中分散,溶解.
2.溶解液的添加
通常是添加约1‰---3‰的水溶液,但在悬浊液的高浓度和高粘度的场合,建议将水溶液进一步,稀释成为5‰,则将容易混合而发挥充分的效果.
3.阳离子较阴离子分子量偏低因而粘度也较阴离子弱,故阳离子,非离子配比浓度标准要比阴离子略高.建议浓度为3‰--1‰.
4.将溶解之后的药剂添加到污水里面的时候可以根据污水的浑浊度而定，一般1000g污水加10-50g稀释后的药剂溶液。
注意事项:
1.配制聚丙烯酰胺水溶液时,应在搪瓷,镀锌,铝制或塑料桶内进行,不可在铁容器内配制和贮存.
2.溶解时,应注意将产品均匀的慢慢地加入带搅拌和加热措施的溶解器中,应避免结固,溶液在适宜温度下配制,并应避免长时间过剧的机械剪切.建议搅拌器60—200转/min,否则会导致聚合物降解,影响使用效果.搅拌40分钟至一个小时，水温以不超过50℃为宜。
3.聚丙烯酰胺水溶液应做到现用现配,当溶解液长时间放置,其性能将会视水质的情况而逐渐降低.
4.在对悬浊液添家絮凝剂水溶液之后,如果长时间激烈地进行搅拌的话,将会破坏已经形成的絮凝物.
