一种新型双子型氟碳表面活性剂，已取得专利。该表面活性剂是以亲水性的单酯二氯丙烷为联接基团的新型亲水柔性间隔基的双子型氟碳表面活性剂。该表面活性剂通过全氟烷基磺酰氟与N，N-二甲基-1，2-乙二胺或N，N-二甲基-1，3-丙二胺反应得中间产物N-[(二甲氨基)-烷基)全氟烷基磺酰胺，然后与单酯二氯丙烷进行季铵化反应而得产品。该表面活性剂能极大降低溶液的表面张力，起泡力强，去污力优良且无异味，色泽佳，复配性能好，合成工艺简单。
主要涉业精细化工、医药中间体和各种化学试剂。注意两个甲基分别在两个N上面，是对称结构的。现在能买到的都是两个甲基同在一个N上的。
分子量88.1，有氨臭的无色澄清液体。熔点8．5℃。沸点116-117℃。密度0．8994g/cm3。闪点43.3℃。自燃点385℃。折射率1．4540(26℃)。溶于水，生成水合乙二胺，也溶于甲醇、乙醇，微溶于醚，不溶于苯。呈强碱性。能从空气中吸收二氧化碳生成不挥发的碳酸盐。与醋酸、醋酐、二硫化碳、氯碘酸、盐酸、发烟硫酸、过氧酸银等反应剧烈。易燃，遇火种、高温、氧化剂有燃烧的危险。有毒，能刺激眼睛、皮肤和粘膜，高浓度吸入会发生致命中毒。
