我公司生产的三聚磷酸铝（改性三聚磷酸铝）是白色无毒无公害的防锈颜料，它能够有效的代替含有金属铅、铬的传统颜料，是防锈、防腐、阻燃效果优异的环保新产品
一、性能：产品主要成分：三聚磷酸铝（ALH2P2O10.2H2O）
主要防锈基团：P3O10¯5。斜方晶系结晶，非挥发性白色微晶粉末，难溶于水，微溶于醇，密度2.0—3.0g/cm3,无毒，对皮肤无刺激作用，热稳定性好，对酸比较稳定。
二、三聚磷酸铝的特性
1.无毒害：本产品无毒性，不含铅、铬等有害金属，能有效的代替红丹、锌铬黄等传统有害颜料。
2.防锈力强：以本产品作为防锈颜料添加与防锈涂料中，改性三聚磷酸根离P3O10¯5能与各种金属离子生成螯合物，在被涂物表面形成卓越的纯化物膜，能有效的改善涂膜附着力，提高耐盐雾性、防腐蚀性以及防起泡性。其防锈性能优于红丹、锌铬黄、磷酸锌等防锈颜料，涂装后具有隔绝防锈及钝化防蚀的功效。
3.适用性广：用本产品生产的涂料，不仅可用于钢铁，亦可用于锌、铝等轻金属材料的防锈防腐处理。
4.用量少：用量少，降低制漆成本，与红丹、锌铬黄相比降低成本10%--20%。
