伐地那非（Vardenafil）原料是一种治疗男性勃起功能障碍的药物。它是一种5型磷酸二酯酶（PDE5）抑制药，通过抑制PDE5酶来增加海绵体平滑肌细胞内环磷酸鸟苷（cGMP）的浓度，进而促进海绵体平滑肌细胞的松弛，从而改善勃起质量与持续时间，提高勃起功能障碍男性患者的性生活成功率。
伐地那非通过抑制5型磷酸二脂酶(PDE-5)起作用，同西地那非(伟哥)相比，它有以下优点：
1.用量少，只需20mg(西地那非需要120 mg-150mg) ;

伐地那非的用法用量是多少
伐地那非是一种用于治疗男性阴茎勃起功能障碍的药物。其一般服用剂量为10mg，最大使用剂量为20mg。它应在性交前25-60分钟服用，有的患者在性交前4到5个小时服用也是有效的。
此药物的用法是口服，可以与食物同时服用，或者是单独服用。根据患者对药物的耐受性，这种剂量可以增加到20毫克，或者是减少到5毫克。最大的推荐剂量是每天20毫克。
